Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for the AprEvse app, provided by Missing Bolt.

How to request deletion

  1. From the email address you use to sign in to AprEvse, send an email to apr@missingbolt.com.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my account".
  3. We confirm the request comes from your account email and delete your account.

We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving the request and confirm by email once done.

Data that is deleted

  • Your account and email address.
  • The chargers linked to your account, their names, and configuration settings.
  • Any device photos you added.

Data that is retained

  • Crash and diagnostic logs that are not linked to your identity are automatically purged within 90 days.
  • Records we are legally required to keep (for example, for accounting) are retained only for the period required by law, then deleted.
