Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Missing Bolt ("we", "us") handles your information when you use the AprEvse mobile app and related services. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information we collect
- Account. Your email address, used to sign in with a one-time code. Sign-in tokens are stored securely on your device.
- Your chargers. Information about the EVSE devices you connect — device name, MAC address, firmware version, and the configuration and charging settings needed to control them.
- Device photos (optional). If you add a photo to a device, it is stored on our servers and linked to your account. You can remove it at any time.
- Diagnostics. In production builds, crash and error reports (app version, device model, OS version, error details) are sent to our own logging system so we can fix problems. These contain no advertising identifiers.
We do not collect your location, contacts, or browsing activity, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- Operate and control your chargers and show their status.
- Provide optional features such as the device photo gallery.
- Diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Your data is processed on infrastructure we operate. We rely on service providers only to deliver the service (for example, email delivery for sign-in codes and cloud hosting), and only to the extent needed. We may disclose information if required by law.
Storage and security
Sign-in tokens are kept in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). Server-side data is held on secured infrastructure and encrypted in transit.
Retention
We keep account and device data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete the associated data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data.

Children
AprEvse is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
